Kitchen Lead/Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation, including food production.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established quality standards.
  • Ability to cook on the line and cover shift vacancies.
  • Ability to work nights and weekends.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Assist with menu planning and cost control measures.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to the kitchen.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced casual dining restaurant desired.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations.
  • Familiarity with banquet services.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
