Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen operation, including food production.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established quality standards.
- Ability to cook on the line and cover shift vacancies.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist with menu planning and cost control measures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints related to the kitchen.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced casual dining restaurant desired.
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with banquet services.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
